I've been doing well for a few months. Truly.
But today.... I again feel that I am too fat. I am 163 cm tall. I weight 80 kg. I train my muscles. Sometimes I don't do that for two weeks, sometimes I do it every day. I'm lazy. And I force myself to train.
I love eating but I hate that I gain weight. But I don't want to be skinny, either. I can't wear normal clothes anymore........ Even I'm just size 40-42. I blame media for this, for giving people the picture that if you are skinny, you are happy, you are loved, you are beautiful. ......but are you truly healthy? Are you truly happy, when having to force yourself to forget about that lovely

I'm sorry to say that she truly did. She committed suicide and why she did that, I am not inclined to tell because her reasons were her own. Even though I personally never knew her I wish to respect her memory by keeping her reasons private from the public.
